Nov 28, 2007, LORNA KELLY UPDATE

I have been asked to put this update on Lorna's website. Lorna has had a disturbing setback recently. She was rushed into hospital with pneumonia and the classic symptoms of a heart attack. Happily, she did not have a heart attack, although her heart has been compromised by the chemotherapy. After a week in hospital, Lorna is now at home recovering. Her oncologist will make a decision this week about continuing the chemo. It's imperative at this juncture that Lorna take complete rest, as she must recover her strength for the remainder of her treatment and an anticipated second surgery in February.
