Jan 2, 2008, ANOTHER HOSPITAL VISIT

So many of you have called or e-mailed to ask what is happening to Lorna - here is the latest update: A few days before Christmas Lorna was experiencing severe pains in her left side. Finally, she went back to the Emergency Room at NYU Hospital where it was discovered she had blood clots in her lungs. She was immediately admitted into the hospital ICU and stayed there, kept under a watchful eye, for a few days before being judged to be out of immediate danger and moved to the regular oncology floor. This was her third hospital visit in a month.
