Hello all. This is Joe.

I will be staying with Lorna my dear friend for the next several days. Should you need to, please feel free to call me at Lorna's apartment: 212 717-1551 or my mobile: 310 993-0868. Meanwhile I will be posting updates as to her well- being.

What we know as of today, is that she will be at NYU for both the surgery and post-op which will include an extended stay in the cardiac rehabilitation center because she lives in a building that requires she walk up two flights and she will not be manage stairs for a while.

For those of you wishing to visit, it is crucial to call to schedule a time, especially during the first five days: 212 263-6906. Visiting hours are from 12 noon to 8PM. But again, let me stress the importance of calling in first. Thank you so much for your understanding.

For those of you who are able, Lorna will absolutely need help once she returns home. We will keep you apprised of when that will be through this site. Do let others know this is where they can receive updates on how she is doing and ways in which they can be of service should they feel so inspired.
