Lorna Kelly has been writing and speaking on motivational and spiritual topics for more than 25 years. Her practice of meditation, self-examination, growth and service to others make a profound and lasting impression.
Much of Lorna's inspiration comes from her long association with Mother Teresa and the Missionaries of Charity worldwide, along with 35 years of meditation practice. These experiences are especially poignant when contrasted with Lorna’s work as an Auctioneer and Department Head at Sotheby’s in New York.
Lorna’s first book The Camel Knows the Way now in its fifth edition, describes her journey from her home in England to becoming the first female fine arts auctioneer at Sotheby’s in New York, to the gutters of Calcutta, to the beatification of Mother Teresa in Rome... all delivered with honesty and humor.
Much of her inspiration for these talks comes from her long association with Mother Teresa and the Missionaries of Charity worldwide, as well as 34 years of meditation practice. These experiences are especially poignant when contrasted with Lorna’s work as an Auctioneer and Department Head at Sotheby’s in New York.
